Application refers to The Smoothie Bar, the software program provided by the Company.

Enquiry information submitted through website, demonstration, partnership, employment or customer-support forms.
Order information, including products selected, customisations, add-ons, transaction time, kiosk location and machine identification.
Payment-status information, payment references, reversal and refund information. Epicure does not ordinarily receive complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
Information received from workplace ordering systems, food-service aggregators, payment platforms, employee-benefit platforms or property-management partners where those services are used to place or support an order.
Customer complaints, feedback, incident reports, photographs, videos and communications.
Technical and website information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, page activity, cookie data and diagnostic information.
Machine and application records connected to an order, such as preparation status, error logs, product selection, ingredient availability, collection status and operational timestamps.
Certain kiosks may contain cameras directed toward internal machine components, the dispensing or collection area, or the immediate kiosk area. Appropriate notice should be displayed where a camera may record an individual.
Footage may be used for security, troubleshooting, transaction verification, complaint investigation, food-safety investigation and prevention of misuse. Epicure will not use footage for facial recognition or unrelated targeted advertising unless a separate lawful notice and basis are provided.
Footage will be retained only for a reasonable operational period, unless it is required for an incident investigation, complaint, legal obligation or defence of a claim. The applicable retention periods are set out in Section 5 (Retention of Your Data).
Business contact information for vendors, partners, premises operators, potential customers, investors and professional advisers.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include Your IP address, browser type, browser version, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies (beacons, tags, and scripts) to track activity on Our Service and store certain information.
Essential to provide services and authenticate users. Cannot be disabled without affecting functionality.

Maintain, troubleshoot, monitor and improve our kiosks, software, menu and services.
Respond to business, partnership, demonstration, media, investment or employment enquiries.
Comply with food-safety, tax, accounting, corporate, consumer-protection, law-enforcement and other legal obligations.
Send promotional communications where permitted and provide an opt-out mechanism.
Establish, exercise or defend legal claims and protect the rights, safety and property of Epicure, its customers and partners.
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless required for security, functionality, or legal purposes.
The following retention periods apply:
60 days, then automatically overwritten.
Retained until the matter is closed, and for 90 days thereafter, or longer if legally required.
Minimum 180 days, stored within India, as required by CERT-In for bodies corporate.
Payment and accounting records, including transaction references, invoices, refunds and supporting records, are ordinarily retained for eight financial years from the end of the relevant financial year, or for a longer period where required by applicable law, an audit, investigation, dispute or legal proceeding. Epicure does not ordinarily retain complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
Your information may be processed at the Company's operating offices and in other locations. By using the Service, You consent to the transfer of Your data. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You have the right to delete or request deletion of the Personal Data We have collected about You. You may do so through Your Account settings or by contacting Us. Please note that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, Your Data may be transferred. We will provide prior notice before Your Personal Data becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
